The Baptism of Holy Ghost and Fire is the missing link of the Church and we are seeing many being set free and many are commissioned to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom.
Vision Statement
To establish an International Community Ministry called Operation Joel that seeks God for empowerment through the anointing:
- To provoke God to release His anointing upon the USA, Brazil, and Africa to break off yokes on the lives of people.
- To provoke God to cause His anointing to open the eyes and ears of believers and ministers that they may complete their destiny on the earth.
- To provoke ministers and pastors to educate and train others about ACTS 1:8.
- To provoke God on how to train and empower the youth for evangelism.
- To provoke ministers and pastors, especially women pastors, to assist in managing and maintaining Operation Joel.
Mission Statement
Operation Joel’s primary goal is to implement regular Holy Ghost Fire Prayer meetings to create an atmosphere whereby the anointing will come upon individuals to empower and/or birth ministries.
The Strategy:
- Host yearly prayer meetings to release the Holy Ghost Fire upon people with the spoken Word and with the doctrine of laying on of hands.
- Establish Operation Joel houses led by Coordinators.
- Identify and train Operation Joel Ministers/Instructors.
- Host an Operation Joel Holy Ghost Fire Youth Crusade annually. This youth group will be called The Joseph Generation.
- Host an Operation Joel Holy Ghost Fire Crusade for women annually. This women’s group will be called The Daughters of Abraham.
- Host an Operation Joel Holy Ghost Fire Crusade for men annually. This men’s group will be called The Sons of God.
- Expand membership.
Operation Joel
This Operation Joel annual event will be held once a year in each designated city by Raindrop Apostolic International Network (RAIN). The purpose of the Operation Joel is to gather RAIN independent members and ministers in USA, mainly native of Brazil and Africa with a view to challenging them to share the gospel in their birth place. RAIN leadership will also encourage them to impart the Holy Ghost fire in meetings based on Joel 2:28, Acts 1:18 and Acts 2:28 which will bring about healing and deliverance. These events will be held within a 3-year window for now to impact Brazil and Africa. The initial Operation Joel Brazilians’ Meetings will be held in the city of Boston and the city of Miami in the USA. The initial Operation Joel Africans’ Meetings will be held in Angola and Mozambique. These meetings will be used to cast the vision of Brazil and Africa so new members can be recruited to join RAIN.
The RAIN designated independent members and ministers can travel with RAIN in three levels:
- Silver Level – This level has taken no or little required training with RAIN and is an independent member of RAIN.
- Bronze Level – This level has taken the minimum required training with RAIN and is an independent member of RAIN.
- Gold Level– This level has taken ALL the required training with RAIN and is an independent of RAIN.

The RAIN designated independent members can be qualified to preach/teach the following classes:
1) Preach and teach on Mission Trips
2) Teach Raindrop Bible Institutes Classes
3) SOZO My Marriage Institutes Classes
4) Holy Ghost Fire Classes
5) Discovering Your It Classes
6) Preach and teach in Operation Joel Meetings
7) Raindrop Apostolic International Network Conferences
8) Raindrop Humanity Rehabilitation & Development Wellness Center
The RAIN designated independent members can travel with RAIN within one different time slots designated by RAIN:
- One Week – An independent member of RAIN is only available to travel for one week.
- Two Weeks – An independent member of RAIN is only available to travel for two weeks.
- Three Weeks – An independent member of RAIN is only available to travel for three weeks.
